If your job involves arranging travel or accommodation for other people, it’s important to be well organized. This means finding out all their requirements well in advance, dealing efficiently with external operators like travel agents or hotels, and recording and supplying accurate information.
You also need a certain amount of specific knowledge such as where to go for train information, time differences between UK and other countries, or whether insurance is required. In this module we look at the main skills and knowledge requirements for organizing travel and accommodation efficiently.
