Although the content and delivery of training and development are obviously important, there are other factors which can determine whether it succeeds or fails.
For instance, learners who work to action plans, with step-by-step targets and review dates, tend to achieve more than those who take a vague,unplanned approach. A plan helps you assess how well you are doing, and take early action if any difficulties crop up.
In this module, we look at planning and reviewing development, and other related matters which can help you get the most out of training and development.
